<p id="par_id3154927" class="paragraph" dir="auto">En <span class="productname">LibreOffice</span> puede registrar orígenes de datos diferentes. El contenido de los campos de datos estará entonces disponible en los diversos campos y controles. La libreta de direcciones del sistema es un ejemplo de origen de datos.</p>
<p id="par_id3149346" class="paragraph" dir="auto">Las plantillas y los asistentes de <span class="productname">LibreOffice</span> utilizan campos para el contenido de la libreta de direcciones. Si está activado, los campos generales de las plantillas se reemplazan automáticamente con los campos del origen de datos de la libreta de direcciones.</p>

<p id="par_id3147399" class="paragraph" dir="auto">Para que la sustitución surta efecto, indique a <span class="productname">LibreOffice</span> la libreta de direcciones que se utiliza. El Asistente que solicita esta información aparece de forma automática la primera vez que se activa, por ejemplo una plantilla de carta comercial. El Asistente también puede ejecutarse siguiendo los pasos que se indican a continuación.</p>

<p id="par_id3147008" class="paragraph" dir="auto">Para ejecutar el Asistente para <a target="_top" href="es/text/shared/autopi/01170000.html">origen de datos de direcciones</a>, seleccione <span class="emph">Archivo ▸ Asistentes ▸ Origen de datos de direcciones</span>.</p>

Aparecerá el cuadro de diálogo <a target="_top" href="es/text/shared/01/01110101.html"><span class="emph">Plantillas: asignación de libreta de direcciones</span></a>.</p>

<p id="par_id3148491" class="paragraph" dir="auto">En el cuadro combinado <span class="emph">Origen de datos</span>, seleccione la libreta de direcciones del sistema o el origen de datos que desee usar como libreta de direcciones.</p>

<p id="par_id3149669" class="paragraph" dir="auto">Si todavía no ha registrado la libreta de direcciones del sistema en <span class="productname">LibreOffice</span> como origen de datos, pulse en el botón <span class="emph">Origen de datos de direcciones</span>. De esta forma, se accede al <span class="emph">Asistente para Origen de datos de libreta de direcciones</span>, para poder registrar la libreta de direcciones como nuevo origen de datos en <span class="productname">LibreOffice</span>.</p>

Abra una plantilla de la categoría <span class="emph">Correspondencia comercial</span> y <span class="productname">LibreOffice</span> designará automáticamente los campos adecuados para una carta modelo.</p>
