Click the plus sign to open the list of the form elements.</p>
<p id="par_id3146957" class="paragraph" dir="auto">Se puede cambiar la manera en la que se organizan los controles mediante la técnica de arrastrar y colocar en el <span class="emph">Navegador de formularios</span>. Seleccione uno o más controles y arrástrelos dentro de otro formulario. O bien, oprima <span id="swlnsystextshared0201170600xml_1" class="switchinline"><span hidden="true" id="MACtextshared0201170600xml_1" class="MAC">⌘</span><span hidden="true" id="defaulttextshared0201170600xml_1">Ctrl</span></span> + X o la orden de menú contextual <span class="emph">Cortar</span> para mover un control al portapapeles y <span id="swlnsystextshared0201170600xml_2" class="switchinline"><span hidden="true" id="MACtextshared0201170600xml_2" class="MAC">⌘</span><span hidden="true" id="defaulttextshared0201170600xml_2">Ctrl</span></span> + V o <span class="emph">Insertar</span> para insertar el control en otra posición.</p>

<p id="par_id3156347" class="paragraph" dir="auto">Si selecciona un control en el <span class="emph">Navegador de formularios</span>, el elemento correspondiente se selecciona en el documento.</p>

<p id="par_id3153561" class="paragraph" dir="auto"><span class="avis">Añade elementos nuevos al formulario. La función <span class="emph">Añadir</span> solo se puede ejecutar si se ha seleccionado un formulario en el <span class="emph">Navegador de formularios</span>.</span></p>

<p id="par_id3156117" class="paragraph" dir="auto"><span class="avis">Crea un formulario nuevo en el documento.</span> Para crear un <a target="_top" href="es/text/shared/02/01170203.html">subformulario</a>, agregue un formulario nuevo dentro del formulario principal deseado.</p>

<p id="par_id3158430" class="paragraph" dir="auto"><span class="avis">Crea un control oculto en el formulario seleccionado que no se mostrará en pantalla. El control oculto se utiliza para incluir información que se transmitirá junto con el formulario.</span> Contiene información adicional o texto aclaratorio que puede indicar con la opción <a target="_top" href="es/text/shared/02/01170101.html">Propiedades especiales</a> del control al crear el formulario. Utilice el <span class="emph">Navegador de formularios</span> para seleccionar la entrada del control oculto y elija <span class="emph">Propiedades</span>.</p>

Es posible copiar controles ocultos en el <span class="emph">Navegador de formularios</span> mediante la técnica de arrastrar y colocar, con la tecla <span id="swlnsystextshared0201170600xml_5" class="switchinline"><span hidden="true" id="MACtextshared0201170600xml_5" class="MAC">⌘</span><span hidden="true" id="defaulttextshared0201170600xml_5">Ctrl</span></span> oprimida.</p>
<p id="par_id3145068" class="paragraph" dir="auto">Utilice la técnica de arrastrar y colocar para copiar los controles dentro del mismo documento o entre documentos. Abra otro documento de formulario y arrastre el control oculto desde el <span class="emph">Navegador de formularios</span> en el <span class="emph">Navegador de formularios</span> del documento de destino. Pulse en un control visible directamente en el documento, deje el ratón durante un momento para que se añada una copia del control en el portapapeles de arrastrar y colocar y, a continuación, arrastre la copia al otro documento. Si quiere una copia en el mismo documento, oprima <span id="swlnsystextshared0201170600xml_6" class="switchinline"><span hidden="true" id="MACtextshared0201170600xml_6" class="MAC">⌘</span><span hidden="true" id="defaulttextshared0201170600xml_6">Ctrl</span></span> mientras arrastra.</p>
