  <title>Problema al reproducir películas desde un DVD</title>

  <p>Podría suceder que después de introducir un DVD en su lector de CD/DVD, <app>Vídeos</app> muestra el mensaje de error <gui>Ha ocurrido un error ‒ La película no se pudo leer.</gui> Esto podría ser debido a que <link xref="supported-formats">un complemento de <sys>GStreamer</sys> necesario para leer el formato de la película no está instalado en su sistema</link>, o bien, el DVD está cifrado y el paquete necesario para descifrarlo no está instalado en su sistema.</p>

    <p>Para abrir DVD cifrados, considere la instalación del paquete <sys>libdvdcss</sys>. Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que usar este paquete es ilegal en algunos países. Para más información sobre si el paquete está disponible para su distribución, pregunte en un foro de asistencia de su distribución.</p>
