  <title>Problema al cargar los subtítulos</title>

  <p>Puede pasar que, aunque siga las instrucciones sobre los subtítulos en la página de la secciones <link xref="subtitles"/> o <link xref="preferences"/>, <app>Vídeos</app> siga sin cargar los subtítulos. La razón de esto podría ser que:</p>

  <list>
    <item>
      <p>El archivo de subtítulos tiene un nombre incorrecto: abra el selector de archivos y compruebe si el nombre del archivo de subtítulos es el mismo que el nombre de la película.</p>

    <item>
      <p>Faltan el archivo de subtítulos: abra el selector de archivos y compruebe si hay un archivo con los subtítulos en la carpeta de la película.</p>
    </item>

  <p>Si no tiene un archivo de subtítulos para la película, puede buscar uno en <app>Vídeos</app>:</p>
  <steps>
    <item><p>Pulse el botón de menú en la esquina superior derecha de la ventana y elija <gui style="menuitem">Preferencias</gui>.</p>
    </item>
    <item>
      <p>En la pestaña <gui>General</gui> debajo de <gui>Complementos</gui>, pulse en <gui style="button">Complementos…</gui>.</p>
    </item>
    <item>
      <p>En la ventana <gui>Configurar complementos</gui>, active el complemento <gui>Descargador de subtítulos</gui>. Intentará encontrar y descargar subtítulos para la película actual.</p>
    </item>
